I got the job :) Apparently the interview went well, because I’m hired!! Well, they still have to do a background check but nothing will come up and then they’ll give me all the tax papers and shit to fill out :) I told Melanie and Kurt and Stella and they were all really happy for me. My mom hugged me until I actually shoved her away from me.
Also, Laura is going to give me her cat. She knows how much my dad and I loved my old cat, and she isn’t really a big fan of cats anyway. So she asked her parents and I am taking her home with me after I stay the night at Laura’s on Wednesday (Nicole is going and she’s making me come so she won’t be bored). Plus, Laura said that if the cat totally hates it at my house, I can just give her back. Not gonna lie, I’m pretty excited.
I have a practice AP Calculus test tomorrow. But as we all know I can’t study, so I’m trying not to think about it. I did review a little bit, but right now I am just trying to be confident, and convince myself that I can do it. And if I do completely horrible, I’ll deal with it later.
Anyway I just wanted to update. I’m feeling pretty good these days.
